Ralene is a West coast girl. Rae was born in southern California but raised in Washington state. She was given the opportunity to take a short term mission trip to Papua New Guinea between her junior & senior year of high school. This trip helped answer the "what do I want to be when I grow up" question for Ralene.

She decided to pursue Cross Cultural Missions. This decision led her to Waukesha, Wisconsin and to New Tribes Bible Institute. This is where she met and married Pastor Andy. He wasn't Pastor Andy then, just a kid from England who had a desire to serve the Lord with his life.

Ralene and Pastor Andy graduated with Associate of Arts in Biblical studies. After graduating and paying off some debts they moved to England. They both worked full time and Pastor Andy circuit preached every Sunday all over the country. They did this for 3 years. They then moved back to Canada and the U.S. to finish their Cross Cultural Training with New Tribes Mission. They graduated with Bachelor degrees in Intercultrual Ministries. Upon finishing, they were pursued by the College they graduated from to take the positions of Deans. They did this with all their hearts for 4 years. Ralene so enjoyed this ministry/position. She was able to be a part of young ladies lives, challenging them and motivating them to learn about, live for and love God. Many of those young ladies are serving/working cross culturally all over the world. It became evident to Pastor Andy and Ralene that the Lord was moving them on and into church ministry. Andy was asked to be the Associate Pastor at First Alliance Church in Germantown, Wisconsin. During their time at FAC they became foster parents. They have no children of their own so this was a joy for them. Their first child was a 4 month old boy. It was through their interactions with the foster care system and the biological parents of the child that the Lord began to direct them into church planting in Milwaukee.

Ralene's roll at Genesis Bible Church is Neighborhood Relations. She is a member of the neighborhood beautification committee whose goals are to keep the neighborhood looking loved & cared for. She will be teaching Work Net classes. She will be over the emergency food /clothing pantry & will continue helping out more families through foster parenting and anything else Pastor Andy passes on to her

Ralene loves the words of Psalm 91.

Verses 14- 15:"Because they love me," says the Lord, " I will rescue them; I will protect them, for they acknowledge my name. 15) They will call on me, and I will answer them; I will be with them in trouble, I will deliver them and honor them.
